Two yoga courses are currently offered by Julie Aares at the Red Door Studio, a small and nurturing community space in Heidelberg West.

Mindful Yoga

An enlivening morning practice
Sundays, 10-11:30am

This is both a gentle and strengthening yoga practice. We explore postures and movements through an enquiry-based approach with curiosity and a sense of playfulness.

Rest & Rejuvenate Yoga

A deeply nourishing and held practice
Mondays, 7-8:30pm

This is a calm and meditative yoga practice. In these classes we explore yoga through gentle movement, restful positions, guided relaxation, breathing and meditation.
